The roots of this problems are drug addiction, Soboba needs to come up with a mandatory drug program for all in need of it, get all addicts and alcoholics in to rehab then! violence will disappear like magic,
Anger management, domestic violence, AA, NA, Safe driving, all this are good programs to decrease the violence. "Have group meeting in Reservation"
all tribal members should be drug tested this is an urgent intent to save the reservation's income,
none addicts will take the test in peace, addicts will refuse, no test no check. plain and simple.

Look how things are bad people wont even dare or take time to comment on the Soboba subjects.

That would be good programs and might stop alot of vioence but there will always be tensions with the sheriffs department no matter what, But i feel you on some of those suggestions.
