omg! Where to begin, among other things, can someone please tell the mayor no one cares that he has a little matchbox car so stop revving it up so loud every saturday so it disrupts the whole neighborhood. That's what milan raceway is for!! Isn't there a city noise ordinance? He's the mayor, what's gonna get done about that?!? Have some consideration!!
