derrick garriott-molester

i want to know if anyone knows the story about derrick garriott who was arrested last year for molesting his 2 nieces. i noticed that he is in the offender look up service for the tn dept of corrections, but there are no news articles about him what so ever. his niece is the wonderful summer garriott hill who loves carroll academy so much that she will do practically anything for one of the councelors, randy hatch. she'll even go on vacation with his family to be near him. i know that he has alot of influence in the carroll county court system, and it makes one wonder if summer's influence over randy,(that's what i'm gonna call it for the sake of sensorship), led randy to influence the court to not make any press releases about this subject. i mean, every time john mark burns goes to court, an immediate press release is made, and a pdf news release file is made public on the internet. he's a sex offender as well. derrick was arrested early last year in 2008, and his institutional start date was in june of 2008. i have even went on wbbj's website, and nothing popsup. if anyone has any information please reply.

Why was this case not in the news or in the papers? All other cases are.

Why did no one cover this case of Derrick Garriot? It was not in the McKenzie paper or one the news. What is up?
