PULL THE SWITCH ALREADY!

I bet the death penalty will DETER him from committing any firther murders wont it?

That is the only deterrent factor that you need to worry about.

The punishment should always fit the crime.

Have him walk past the trunk of a few Chevy Caprice Classics (with all the police agencies in DC, im sure there are a few available)bore out the trunk lid locks, and make hom wonder where the final shot comes from.

Lets have his execution on Pay Per View & give the proceeds to the victims families.
