Hm, even back in the Stone Age when I was a kid, tag was agressive, that was part of the fun of it! But I guess these new-agey yuppy parents don't want their little darlings to engage in such behavior... Taking away tag, dodge ball, etc., geez, we're raising a generation of wussy kids!

If we would all just go back and remember all the things we did as kids or the stories our parents told us they did as kids. Let kids be kids. The kids out there now will grow to become dependent on someone to always tell them what to do and not to do. Let them figure it out that it hurts to play Tag and let them decide if they want to play or not. Are you scared your precious little angle might get a Boo Boo and get a stitch or two? Awe, poor little baby bumped his arm and has a 2mm scratch. Stop the presses and hurry, get the Peroxide and Gauze, we have a injured child here.

It was all cool. I cried a bit, sucked it up. Went to the bathroom, washed it off then went right back at it. You might as well put the kids in an anti-germ bubble and be kept from reality of hurts in life.
