Tuesday, June 7, 2011 Contact: Tim Rose, 605-892-2872 Chip Seal Projects in Northwest S.D. Belle Fourche , S.D. South Dakota Department of Transportation contractor Bituminous Paving started work today, Tuesday, June 7, on a 14 mile chip sealing project on S.D. Highway 73 from Howes corner north toward Faith.
