No question about it. The guy guilty or innocent deserves a fair trial and that can not be accomplished within Collin County.
If he's is guilty (the PD had it wrong once before complete with confessions), let him fry.
But let's have a fair trial.

Raul Cortez Defense attorneys said the swirling newspaper and television coverage of the Truett Street murder and arrests have permeated Collin County's jury pool with biased jurors.
