quit driving drunk
What if you were not drunk? Would you volunteer your body fluid gladly and without hesitation? What if the lab erred and the test came back positive? Oh, well...guilty, guilty, guilty cuz they said so. End of story. How about that? Then when we eventually get desensitized to this ****, they will come up with some other reason for doing it to you, and so on. Welcome to a facist state. |

1 http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/d ... “Two officers were suspended indefinitely this week as a result of two separate investigations, Fort Worth police said today. Officer James Hale was suspended indefinitely today after a six-month investigation of accusations of theft and credit card abuse, and fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs, police said. “We do not consider ourselves above the law nor will we place our heads in the sand when we are faced with those who make poor decisions resulting in unfavorable criticism to our department or city,” said Fort Worth police Lt. Paul Henderson. Indefinite suspension is essentially being fired, he said. Officer Hale, a 13-year-veteran, was put on restrictive duty in January and later placed on desk duty. Officer Clinton “Cody” Wyatt, who was accused of driving a police cruiser while intoxicated, was suspended Thursday. He was found passed out at a Burleson intersection in his cruiser in April, police said. He was a Zero Tolerance officer who dealt with the department's drug and alcohol program and a member of the Fort Worth force for five years. Officer Hale’s criminal case has been referred to the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office. Officer Wyatt’s trial in Johnson County was pending.” LLLLLLL You realize, of course that you are just restarting an already existing thread that's been up for months. Scroll down a little. |

sounds like the officer needs to be fired. Good thing that the officer who contacted him did his job. No police officers aren't excluded from the Texas penal code. Let the justice system hand down their punishment.
