No, the DA is wrong. The DA has to turn over all of the evidence by trial. Its the timing here. He says he doesn't have to turn it over now. He has it and doesn't want to turn it over now, only later. Why? Turn it over, hold the hearing and move on. That is unless there is something that they are trying to hide. This stall tactic isn't right.
