You are abosolutely right. It's not right and it makes me sad. Their expectations are unreal of these girls. I can understand if you have shitty waitresses, but these girls are trying so hard to impress that old bitch and they never will. She is a horribly, miserable, lonly old fat lady who will never be nice to these girls. They walk around on eggshells all day and night. That's why service sucks because they are shaking in their "slip resistant shoes". Afraid to make a wrong move. The remodeling is pretty but the place is a peice of shit and so are the people inside of it.

We had to go to McKenzie Saturday, and I talked my family into eating at the Old West. I made a mistake, but won't let it happen again. I was not impressed. I was very disappointed.

I know this restaurant personally. I worked there from may 2010 to may 2011. I was one of the few hard workin waitresses that worked there. I was the friendliest on my shift. I did everythin in my power to help the costumer and to make them happy. If their food wasn't satisfying, I always offered a better deal. The boss demanded us to stay busy so I stayed busy and I tried to keep everyone else busy also, by offering suggestions of things they could do. The man-boss does complain a lot. But only to those who aren't doin their job just right. When the boss came n to check on everything I did walk on eggshells. Tried being friendly to him and his kids. His kids were nice :) I got fired bc I supposidly got caught sitting on the counter. I worked there for a year and a month!! Why wud I all of a sudden sit on a counter?? And he also said I have had complaints about my shifts. I honestly asked all the other waitresses and the hostess and noone has had complaints on me. I was wrongfully terminated. I loved that job and I loved the costumers and the employees. But as for the food-the salad bar was amazing! It did have knats unfortunately. We tried everything to get rid of them. The desert bar- it use to be really good. They kinda let it go in the few months I worked there. Bc of prices on the ingredients and things like that so they imprivised a lot. The buffet- was really good on the weekends. That's when we had the most business. During the week, there were a few good things on the bar. The best time to eat there is in the morning when everything is hot and fresh and so delicious. Menu items- everything was awesome! Very expensive tho. They had specials to keep the prices down. And often I had to send a steak back bc it wasn't cooked right but I recommend the grecian steak. It is so delicious! That was my #1 seller :) I never recommended anything that I haven't tried myself. I have yet to try the ole west steakhouse. But everyone I talked to has said only good things about it. I plan on trying it sometime soon.

Let me tell u all something......I'm not an outsider ....I live in this mess!!!!! It's CROOKED!!!!!! All I need is the court order to get it all worked out & let you all see!! Lisa, Connie, and Chelsea.....let the light shine on it all!!! Deception DECEPTION....but we'll see who the bird with no wings is....when its all said and done!! Paying cash to employees??? YEP!! But heres the warning.....ur gonna loose ur disability CONNIE!! The IRS "discovery" is coming baby!! Enjoy it while it last....OOH RAH

yes Tony does over work his employees ! And his manager Mrs. Connie is really rude to them on top of them not paying their workers ! As for the quality of food their - its wonderful ! But thats only because the employees do all the work and they give excellent customer service . The day time girls do a fantastic job . The night time girls are all under age immature brats . They need more adults on the night shift , personal I done eat their at night because of how the young girls serve you . I know the owner from the last restaurant and I pray that he ha s changed a little bit for his workers sakes . For the guys and stuff in their . Its a RESTAURANT people open your door at home a hundred times and see if they are in your house . Now I done like the owner nor the manager but I must say their place is nice and the workers do a fantAstic job . Im happy McKenzie has a good family place to eat at .

. You are so right about this place ..... I know first hand . I am a ex employee ... He dose not follow good hand washing and dose not make his workers do it ....they do use gloves when they handle food .... They treat their workers very bad talk to them crappy ......

I quit that job because of the way mrs. connie talked about me to other people. She would just say anything that popped in her head and not bother to ask the people she talks about.
And just this week she had to give 6 people their meals for free due to roaches on a customers plate of food. Roaches coming out of the sour cream that is put on baked potatoes. Roaches frozen in the ice. Roaches crawling on walls.
Anytime we made a big deal about them, mrs. connie told us to shut up before customers heard us.

i helped open that place and work for a few months.i worked from 8 o clock to 10 o clock everyday.got paid under the table because Connie's fat self could not get the time to do my paper work.Tony serves green stakes dose not matter how old it was he cooked it or put it on the bar as beef tips.hot wing week and half old not put in trash put on bar.the delivery guy seen him cutting meat and someone throw the trimmings in the trash and got them back out and said no they are beef tips.so eat up and enjoy the chicken and fish to.if i got pay $60 for some food i'm go get fresh food.

I posted this once already and it was mysteriously removed. Mr Sinus is not an admirable person, I would not let any female friends or relatives of mine work there. Over the years he has had several buildings burn down, including the building that Ole West is in now.
But the food does beat Higs.

ok so first of all its SINIS not SINUS! second the one that burned down was across the street where the chinese restaurant is now it is also the only one that has ever burned. and THIRD Jimmy Sinis Does not own old west steakhouse. nor is he affiliated with it at all!! The man who owns it is TONY KARATHANASIS!! you small minded hick town hillbillies kill me! you will beleive anything I swear! grow your own brain. AS far as knowing if anyone is admirable or not you must not know him personally if you have anything but nice things to say about him!
