There are at least 40 lien docket entries on the prothronotary’s web site. Some of the smaller amounts have been satisfied. He owes county and school taxes. Of course he would never file liens against himself for the city property taxes. So that is unknown.

He most likely owes city earned income tax, business privilege taxes, and payments on his demolished SUV. It seems like he stiffed an entity for an educational loan. He and a relative are disputing a loan vs. a gift of over $50,000.

He has not paid his rent for over a year and Mikey defends him vigorously. I heard on the street that he even stiffed a Pizza delivery man once for a political affair. I hear rumors that he may have not reimbursed the city for his health insurance payments.

The big cover-up is that Keystone Municipal Services who donated thousands to MDC candidates who is responsible for collecting the City’s delinquent taxes. Why is the solicitor exempt from delinquent tax actions? Keystone is the delinquent tax collector for the City and MASD. Council should confront Keystone on breach of contract. Why does MASD let him walk with all the delinquent taxes? Does the mayor control the school board?

His SUV was most likely totaled because he is driving a junker. If things are not fixed on August 13, he should be assessed at least a $1,500 fine and significant other costs and at least 90 days in the slammer.

The Vehicle Owner/Lessee (of the junker as stated above, now that we know) is listed as Steel City Auto Sales.

Most of those vehicles are rigged to pass inspection as usual. Steel City Auto is known for poor mechanic work. But most of all they are not trustworthy. He represents them. He probably called in a favor from the owner.

The McKeesport solicitor has 2 DUI charges against him to be heard in three days. The last was from 716 Long Run Road. He was speeding and drunk according to the McKeesport officer on the scene. Everyone applauds the officer for not letting the lie of icy patches stand.

He also got a citation in White Oak on 7/18/12 for some traffic control device violation. He paid this one up and if he pleaded guilty did not have to show up on 7/31/12 an DJ Miller's court.

In less than six months two trips to the DJ for traffic violations.

He has a lot to do. That lessee is Steel City Auto? Nice junker. All those vehicles are sticker slapped.

It's only the beginning of the end for the MDC. The investigative machine has already progressed too much. McKeesport without certain funding needed is losing ground. They will need to cater to the needy to gain the funding community development block grants.
