That person, he stated that the lady in the video and her husband asked him (Paul) to "DO SOMETHING" to the lady in the video's neighbor. DO SOMETHING meant Something Negative. Nice politician to lie, use several aliases online factually known against innumerable politicians and people including the news article about a threat. I think based on prior messages against the current mayor their is a immense concerns aligned with the fact that Paul is friends to the lady in the videos threatening people.
The person mentioned was vandalized several times, and none of the so-called sane people were at the same times was proven. Apparently, there are crimes gone un-accounted for in the area they mention of which the individual is the victim proven by facts and re-imbursement was accrued with actual police reports to verify seen. I see them as the victim because they seem to be targeted on days no one else was vandalized but were left completely alone!
