I worked there the first year and was told that Dish Network got many tax breaks and incentives for the 10 years to move into the McKeesport area. They said that they were going to be out of McKeesport in 10 years. They made it a hostile place to work. That is why there are only 600 employees there. That is what kind of company Dish Network (Echostar) is. They come into an area and get all the tax breaks that they can then when that is all over, they leave.
