Dj Chris is there as a dj, not a bouncer. If the place were to get raided, the owners, not the dj would be the ones in trouble. What goes on in that bar or any other falls on the owner of that establishment.

I think there are other issues to be dealt with in this city other than our cops spending time on the underage drinking. Also, I go to Bootsies on occasion and have never witnessed anyone underage in there drinking.

Jen G are you checking i.d's you don't know whos 21 or not. i know a guy that went there and he said he was drinking with our friends kids there so he left. Of course he told thier parents but as time goes by they'll go back

Whether he's there to DJ or not, he is still a police officer in this city....does he not have an obligation to uphold the law? What, it he's not on duty then it doesn't count? If he is aware that there are people in that bar that are not of legal age and they are drinking, and he turns a blind eye to that, he is wrong.
