In regards to this story, I find it hard to believe that the police needed to use less then leathal force with been bags when Dave Maxson weighed only 135 pounds if that and 5'5". He could have easily been taken down by three officers instead this family is struck with the possible loss of a family member. I feel the police over reacted and where wrong in there doings. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

hey, whatever the case may be David should still be here with me & my Family, that is all he had. We all Loved him very much, You have x bloodsuckers with dollar signs in their eyes hopefully there will be justice & the truth will come out about him having a daughter, NOT
