Worst Case Of Child Abuse

This is horrible. Now this is abuse and a scumbag mother. Where is "buffalo" to comment on this women?? This women should be put away for life!!

How does this happen and no one knows?

CPS definitely dropped the ball on this one. They visited 4x and didn't think something was wrong?!
There is NO excuse for this. This "mother" didn't have any friends or family? How the hell could someone not know???

I agree. Doesn't "buffalo" have anything to say? This doesn't even involve the father!

i cant belive what some parents can do to there kids like in dave pelezers case when his mom hit him with a kife in the stomach and he asked his father to help him becuase his mother stabed him and told him to clean the dishes and his father was like umm.... well.. then i gess you better go do that then and dave was just left dumfounded becuase his only hope would not help him.

This is just wrong there is no reason he had to suffer like that

the mother deserves to go to jail.

Buffalo NY (AP) A seven-year old boy was at the center of a Erie County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him.

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Buffalo Bills, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

nothing in this world beats out the abuse LIFE COACH was exposed to as a child.
his parents obviously paid no attention but negativity to him.
the have made him incapable of compassion or any sense of reality.
either that or he's w wicked drug abuser/alcoholic...so his perception of life is blurred.
