fortville police reserve accused two mothers of smoking pot with the children because they found the illegal substance in the teenagers car (by the illegally search the vehicle because the picture fit) BY the way, neither mothers were drug users.

A harrassing officer (who the town of Fortville knows who he is) did threaten a mother to take her to jail because she ask questions. By the way she never got out of control, though he was defensive.

A McCordville officer followed a 22 year old girl from a convenience store after she purchased a item home without his lights on. She was so frightened she call her mother on the way home (this was 2 am).
The officer pulled up in the of the house and stared at the girl.

Are you new to the area? Get used to it because this is business as usual in this area. Chief Kiphart will do nothing and your complaints will fall upon deaf ears.
From others on this site you are guilty of being a drunk, druggie, and a general lawbreaking scumbag crying because you got caught.
Please pursue an atty. and do as much as possible for your injustice.
The police kid that you complain about doesn't care about you at all and also has no problem filing lawsuits himself. Some in the community would gladly donate toward atty. fees for a good lawsuit. Seriously.

Sick of tired of people complaining of that certain officer "you know who you are" , most of the people complaining about the police officer's in Fortville, especially "you know who you are". You all are a bunch of whiners! People risk their lives to protect others from scum , who probably the ones doing most of the whining. Go to McDonalds, out of cash? Offer to pay your bill with marijuana and stuff a quarter pounder in your mouth and keep it there!

I asking folks who are serious to file your legit complaint through the proper steps to the Fortville Police Dept. The bashing here doesn't mean someone won't listen to your complaint.
