I am currently working on a community project involving storytelling for people in the district of Hurdsfield in Macclesfield Town Cheshire. Seeing as both areas share the same name I wanted to make a posting asking whether anyone in the town could trace their routes back to Cheshire , England (perhaps even as founders of your town).
