The NTSB inspected the signal system and found it to be in proper working order. If there was a train in the block (the UP freight) that light could not have turned green. Who are these people to think they can fool people into believing this?

It is funny how "witnesses" suddenly pop up to state they saw something (green light) that was impossible to happen. Could they be possibly on the payroll of some law offices?
Also, people just hang around railroads to look at the signals; "you betcha", as the idiot from Alaska would say.
