Oh so what are they going to do give him One year for each count. I thought this was a State the believe in Stacking cases against you. And they also use your prier cases against you in the State of Oklahoma. That is what they with African Americans that don't know there rights. I have been searching and I saw a case. Where a African American was charged just like a Caucasian man was charged with the same crime 1st offense. And can you believe that the State of Oklahoma gave that African American man 10 years. And they gave that Caucasian man 3 years probation. SO you tell me if Oklahoma system is not In house. And thank god that they United States are doing reviews and finding out where people in this Sate are put in prison for no reason. That is good I can't wait to see what 2010 when so many from this State that have higher power they think? Well be in the Federals hands by the year 2010 & 2011. Thank God Justice will be serve in the State of Oklahoma. And just like this case look a man rape a 5 years old lil girl One year in jail. Hit World News....And now that county is trying to cover there you know what and make up dirt and make up stuff so they can charge him like he should have been the first time. To late they look stupid and they will see that adn the end. Sad case Sade Judge that gave that man that lil time for raping a baby Sad Oklahoma. The Bible Belt but they free rapist in the name of GOD

Looks like the prosecutors and judge decided to do some work to cover theirself after the fuss made over him getting such a light sentence the first time. They are just trying to make theirself look good on this case because of the public outcry is all, they really don't care if this man gets out and repeats his crimes. Remember this people, they work for us, we make a big enough noise, they will listen. I still say get the judge and prosecutor out of office, their record speaks for itself and trying to back track to fix it now is not enough. That first sentence was an insult to the victim, their family and every one of us.

Thank goodness Edmondson was paying attention or this monster would be back out on the streets. Anyone that rapes a child should be locked up for good...actually they should get the DP, but that won't happen.

Anyone involved in the plea deal should have to let this guy live with them for one year. See how their incompetence can affect their family, not just the general public. After all, if he's safe enough to be in public, he's safe enough to be around their children.

This man is demonic as well as any other person that would hurt a child in this way. They do not deserve a chance for rehabilitation! Forgiveness. Yes, but not freedom! Sex offenders should be castrated and never allowed to enter into the public again. When will we as a country wake up to what is going on in this world. SEX is so misunderstood by most people... we use it as a perversion, a way to sell, a way to atract, a form of entertainment, etc. God created sex for a "MARRIED" man and woman! We as a nation need to STOP using SEX as anything other than what God intended it for and we would not have the perverts and children growing up misled about the purpose of sex if we would learn to live by the word of God and teach our children to do the same.

I support the death penalty for first time offenders with execution occuring three months post conviction.

Well it's about time. My friends son forged checks (two different times) to purchase oxy, he is addicted to prescription drug oxy and is 18 years old. He needs rehab and help with his disease yet the tulsa prosecutors and judge here gives me 4 years in a minimum correctional center. He has been in no other trouble. 4 YEARS and a CHILD RAPIST ONLY GETS 1 YEAR. No wonder we have no trust in our system. They either over punish or under punish. I'm sick to my stomach with our justice (not) system!!!! ALL the judges and attorneys need to be FIRED! Especially in Tulsa County.

This man needs to have his thing cut off! He is a skank!
