Well those guys who are constantly complaining about the criminal justice system being favorable to women should be pleased.

Here's a guy who choked his pregnant wife and he gets off with a slap on the wrist.

And he did this in front of his other children. What a stand up citizen. Good to know his kids will probably end up like dear old dad. Make an example of this guy and give him some prison time.

Lets hope that his young children are not around when he ends up killing his wife! The children are the victims in these domestic abuse cases. They women are capable of leaving most of the time but chose not to because they have no place else to go or "But I Love Him".

The term is reciprocal violence, however since this is exclusively a female argument on he say's she say's. With the support of mandatroy arrest and prosecute state policies, who will always win the argument. Apparently and according to the rules of Sarah, no matter how provoked no matter what the injustice, the argument remains that the female is not responsible. You see only a male may provoke any construed act of violence, mom's are not in any way shape or form responsible for their actions. Only the idiot that married her, and we should wonder why this country is so messed up. Boy's are you learning why not to get involved with an American female. You can't win, and you won't get equality, neither at home, nor in the courts. So play away to your hearts content but be extremely safe and don't ever get committed that is when you will pay.

Well congratulations, after 6 months of stories about women killing their children, and having their wrists slapped...some guy who was guilty of Disorderly Conduct (he obviously bought justice.....(he wasnt born with the Genderpass) got his wrists slapped too.
As is the case when Females leave a trail of dead children, this case must not have been so clear cut.

You don't see this as a warning sign? Should she REALLY stay with a guy who darn near came close to killing her? Is that what you want these children to learn, that it's ok to choke your spouse if they heaven forbid annoy you for any reason?

A man 'ACCUSED' of choking his wife... while telling her to "bow" in submission was sentenced to probation in Dodge County.

A plea bargain was entered for disorderly conduct instead of prosecution of felony, strangulation and suffocation, aka Assualt.

Ok, first question, is why the plea bargain. The prosecutor was the state not the woman - "According to the criminal complaint:"

This is how it happened, man comes home from 16 hour work shift, so he can pay for her to watch lifetime TV on deluxe cable subscription, and have tv dinners while children play around preventing her education. finds wife beating children, complains to wife. Wife manages to move with great difficulty due to gravity challenged medical condition, and speaks about slavery, then proceeds to beat children with tv dinner. Man objects, and woman then throws remainder 50 lbs of mac n cheese dinner for children and man. Complaining of her life condition and why she should really be married to prince charming with loss of accompanying luxury yacht on caribean desert island. Man objects to womans objectivity and life reality. Woman calls him out as an oppressive patriarchal bar steward, then proceeds to grab children. Man defends children by attempting to make an armhold on third or fouth chin to force her to let go of children, thereby depriving much needed carbohydrates to oppressed female brain. Man releases woman when she lets go of children, and immediately calls police for protection. Police arrive and ask who has the real testicles, woman feigns oppression with tears, and litanny of abusive behaviour.'He doesn't hire a semi or tow truck to haul me off to dinner anymore, we don't go out together, blah, blah'. Police have to arrest someone due to VAWA no drop arrest policy, police choose to earn dollars for state by placing male under arrest for charges to be plea bargained. After all woman good all men evil is an easy out for public PR. Male after this experience should learn not to talk back to soon to be former wife, who instructed by Sarah and Clan to file divorce charges, get house all his possessions and send him to his mothers above garage resident for the next 10 to 20 years, and earn bonus to keep her in her accustomed lifestyle. Let's skip the counseling, or root of the problem, lets help the state out by enriching the IV-d program and get the kids on welfare. Nice.

Why is this a surprise? Just read some of the court reports from the MN counties. They are a matter of public record. The domestic cases usually have the guy back on the street after the court appearance. It's been just recent that if you choke your partner during a domestic dispute you will get a felony charge. But you can still hit them, threaten them,just don't choke them. See how much sense the laws make. You can beat someone up and put them in the hospital and get a lesser charge than threatening them with a gun even if it is unloaded.

I am not predisposed to attack others at every opprotunity. My feelings are clear as it concerns the in equal application of the law based on gender. Unlike those that turn others responses into personal attacks, I use sarcasm to attack, when responding to the specifics or a particular post.

Your child like need to seek affirmation based on your feelings of inadequacy, is really tiresome.
