SUV crashes into Brocton home

When did SUV's start driving themselves?
Don't they have a driver? Wasn't the driver the one who caused the accident?

The person who smashed into the house, wasnt from erie it was Troy Lemiszko, hes hiding out in PA because all of the harassment from people because hes a low life drug addict.

a**hole is more like it, among other things. We're better off with him not around here but obviously, he isn't staying away. they need to just lock his ass up, he gets away with too much shit.

i know now he is trying to hide from the police, hopfully they get him this time but it is putting him behind the wheel when he abandoned the car. i dont know one person that can stand him. lets hope he gets what he deserves.

maybe this drug addict con artist troy lemiszko will over dose on drugs and do society a favor.

I guess he just got some tickets when he turned himself in a couple days after the crash. They werent able to prove he was drinking and driving because he fled the scene. all we can do now is hope the judge sees through his bs and finds a way to put him behind bars. Only troy can have something to do with a murder and drive through a home w. nothing but a slap on the wrist!

the murder of Jerry Nickerson and Mark Trautman. It is beyond me how someone with his drug problem,anger issues and insane way of life is still walking around as if he doesnt have a care in the world. He has lost his children,thank God for that, because I could not see someone with his state of mind raising anything. But how does he get away with all the b.s. he does, its as if he is a narc. I agree do society a favor and get him off the streets where he cant hurt anyone else.

doesnt a suspect mean there is some doubt? just like smashing threw someones house and leaving the seen of an accident because he knew he was gonna get caught, somehow he gets away once again.yes he is only a suspect but seems like it always comes back to him why?

Regardless of whether or not he committed the murder (and I am not convinced he didn't) WNY would certainly be better off with him in jail

Are you kidding me? Put him in the lockup until he can come up with a different person he can prove was driving. He IS the owner of the vehicle, and it says nothing about it being stolen (from him anyway).

Are the cops in that area afraid of him, or are they really just that lazy? Are they waiting for him to kill someone in the future so that they can get a trifecta if they decide to get off their a$$e$ and find him?

It's amazing that with the abount of evidence that should have been available at the scene of the mentioned murder that there has been no arrest. Now, even with evidence this guy did something, they do nothing. Afraid? Lazy? Incompetent? Just plain stupid? All of the above?

If I were a taxpayer in that area, and the law enforcement I paid for was that totally inept, I'd be pushing my elected officials for better. It doesn't take long for the public to realize that their law enforcement is ineffective, and start to take the law into their own hands. Do you really want that in your hometown?

Apparently, WNY has not changed for the better since I left that rathole in the 90s.

I hear Troy is in jail (prison) in PA hopefully he will have to spend time there. But he usually gets out anyways, and people say Bucky is bad.

for stalking some girl,harassing her and trying to steal something from her, dont know all the facts. I do know he is an addict,so him behind bars has to be driving him insane. maybe he will go crazy and confess wouldnt that be nice, unfortunately Troy Lemiszco always finds away out.someone needs to beat the shit out of him,maybe then we will all get a confession.
