Spartanburg man charged with homicide by child abuse

A 10-year old Boiling Springs girl died at the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center from brain injuries and a man who authorities described as the mother's boyfriend was charged in her death.

What about the Mother? why isn't she charged? afterall she obviously gave the boyfriend access to the child after the broken arm incident! had he not had that second chance then the child Would Have ! This is so saddening to know that a mother can be so dumb founded not to open her eyes to whats going on with her children especially one that is disabled. Have the authorities established that he acted alone???? or was this something pre-planned ? My heart goes out to that childs father and hopefully he can have some peace in knowing that the one or ones responsible will face their punishment one day
