Woman sentenced for ramming boyfriend's car 20 times

A Raymond woman pleaded guilty and was sentenced Tuesday on gross misdemeanor property damage and driving while impaired charges for an incident in which she used her Cadillac to ram her boyfriend's car 20 times, pushing it into a garage door and another vehicle.

Very strange justice system we have here. If a person sleeps it off with the keys in the console he gets a DWI.
She pulls a .210 or more and doesn't get one. Whats wrong with this picture?
