Guess many people in the Red River Valley area just didn't pray hard enough to their make believe deity up in the sky. Apparently their "god" is a real sick masochistic SOB and decided that they needed another foot of snow on top of the already flooding river. Seriously, though, good luck to all the people out in that part of the country since you obviously can't count on prayer to help you out. Oh, that's right. It's just your god "testing your faith" or whatever it is the "He" does. Personally, I don't think it's "the work of Satan" as much as it is just really flat land and typical crappy Midwestern spring weather.
