Why was the driver of the car passing on a curve and a snow plow no less? MNDOT ads always tell people to give snow plows extra room..

I know the family who lost family members in this accident. The people who passed away were some of the finest people a person could ever meet. They are now in God's hands.

I had the same thoughts about the driver of the truck as previous posters. Let's leave him out of the equation. Let's think of and pray for the family of the victims.

I think you need to get the facts straight people. The young man was not passing on the curve. This accident happened about 1/2 to 3/4 mile south of the curve. I know the young man who was in this terrible accident and he is also a wonderful person. I also knew the one person that passed away and yes she was a sweet heart. Instead of being so quick to condemn him you need to realize this was an accident! Yes 3 people lost their life and this is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life, but life still has to go on. Don't leave him out of the equation, he needs prayers for him too. My heart goes out to the family who lost their 3 loved ones but also to this fine young man who has this to deal with for the rest of his life! Remember-IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!!!!

He has the rest of his life, unlike the people who died. An accident is something happening that you have no control over. Passing a snowplow into oncoming traffic is no accident, it is careless and didn't have to happen. He does
need prayers, and knowing the family of the victims, he will
gain their forgiveness. Careless mistakes are no accident.

Once again I want to say that we all need to get the facts straight, and that isn't even possible to know all the facts at this point. Were you there at the accident scene? Do you really know what happened? When both vehicles end up in the middle of the road and it was a head on collision do you think that possibly both vehicles were over the center line? We all know how poor the visibility can be whether following or meeting a snowplow. We don't know the facts of this accident for sure, we are just going by what we read in the newspaper or hear on the news. How do we know they have their facts straight? Instead of judging this young man we should all do what the Good Lord above wants us to do, pray for healing for everyone involved.

The snowplow driver witnessed the whole horrible event.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aries

It's one of those days when you'd be wise to mind your Ps and Qs if you want to avoid putting both feet in it or feeling like a fool. The trouble is that you're finding it hard to think before you speak, and you're rushing into situations without thinking about the possible consequences. All you can do is to apologize and try your hardest not to let it happen again.
