Rumor is, this is the last year for the City of Raton's 4th of July fireworks.

Could explain why the fire department isn't collecting for next year's display...

Rumor is that the fireworks will be at the Racino next year. Not even built yet and already draining the the life out of Raton...

Transforming our traditional American / Raton patriotic celebration into an advertising gimmick for gambling mongers and degenerates. It's sickening and those responsible should be ashamed.

Don't have to think very hard about who's idea this probably was. The major's been sucking Canadian d**k for months now.

Well, the fire department is cruising for donations tonight. So I suppose that lame-ass rumor is BUSTED.

Unless the fire department is collecting money for the casino's fireworks...
