Mattoon theives, junkers, Trash collectors,

mattoon is full of filthy, inbred, illiterate people that roam the Alleys and streets stealing from yards and trash cans. they collect massive piles of trash and junk in their yards and where are the nusance tickets for them? I try to repair my car after one of them sideswipes me and get a ticket because its parked in my driveway with the front fender off. It cost me 75 bucks and I had to give the car to the junk yard or face more fines. Then I call the police when I find my registered stolen bicycle in one of their yards for sale and they will not even file a complaint because he said he bought it from some kid. BULL! look at all the trash and junk cars at that fat guys house off 5th and dewitt! and down the street on dewitt. something is not right in this town!

PADS The homeless shelter ships undesireables from all over into mattoon! they give all the theives and sex offenders from Chicago, St. Louis, and even Georgia free bus tickets to Mattoon and These people have no jobs so they steal, sell drugs or whatever to survive while all the local churches collect money to help them ship more criminals to our town! It needs to stop! and Now

Just look around! Down by D&W that guy that has a bunch of old cars and stuff for sale all the time!
Look at the end of 11th street 2nd street from the end there is a condemed house and 1 block down that guy has piles of trash and old trucks without any titles or plates. Ray is his name!

how would you know that a couple of these people have no titles for there vehicles? are you friends with these people or what?

These people have been turned in by neighbors and one has gotten so many tickets but the city will not enforce or pursue the issue! It makes no sense that some people get away with having tons of junk rusty unlicensed cars and piles of trash for years and I get fined for one car that ran and had plates

I know them very well and have spoke to the nusance officer more than once about one of them because I bought some property next to some of his and mine is worthless because of all his junk

its not my house dummy I live in shelbyville.I think the guy is just jelous myself but he dont realize he is prob bring the sales to them peoples houses because he broadcasted where they live and that have stuff.lol

I live close to Riddle School and Have property over On 10th 11th and Marion I sold a lot on commercial super cheap just to get out from under it. The factory I work at in Charleston may be closing. I was just laid off and I think they only have 10 people left working. I just got a new Ticket a few weeks ago for some stuff I left out! This town sucks but I have to be close to help my ex with the kids

When I lives on moultrie I had so much trouble I started making a walk around at midnight when I got off work to make sure the thievs did not take anything
