If you know that someone will get a parole date from prison and you want to make sure that person never gets out again. Do you show up with a lawyer on the parole date to stop release, or write a letter to the parole board telling your reasons to keep that person in prison? He did threaten me once.

I had to do this once at a parole hearing. All it takes is one person at the parole hearing to say they are scared of the inmate and they will not let that person out of prison. You can help your case by bringing a petition claiming from other people they do not want that person released because they are scared. The prison inmate will have little chance of getting out then. Usually the only way an inmate will get out if there is no one contesting the release. Contesting a release weighs almost ninety percent more than someone that’s none contesting. In other words if you show up and contest it, they will not get out. I hope this helps. |

Post a link like this and tell about the creature in prison you want to keep in. It will help to keep that prisoner in there for life. Take a look.
