We will be accepting applications for this years needy families for the Christmas program, in the Mattoon area,

Requirements.
Proof of residence
Proof of income
Must be willing to donate 10hrs of your time to help collect and package items for needy.
E-mail us at serviceprovider@live.com
to recieve an application.
