You need to get your facts straight before talking about something that you have no clue on. He pays every month. Hell, he bearly has enough money to take care of himself after paying. And she got to change her name because she is old enough, in the courts eyes, to make the decision on her own.
I have known Rocky for a long time. I do know for a fact that he takes care of both children. I dont know who you are getting your info from, but someone is straight up feeding you a line of shit!

He signed the papers to give her Mom custody. He still took care of her and still does. A lot has changed since that time. She is a lot older now, so maybe you need to catch up on things.

And to beat it all his wife doesn't even have her kids... It is going to far to even start this shit about someone.. whoever the person may be. Jess is a wonderful person.. if you would take time and get to know her, you would see that. I know a lot about the circumstances that most know nothing of.
And as far as your 'they dont ever come to see them', they are working. If you have a job, you know that you cannot just up and leave anytime you want. That is why Jess made the trip and took her children down there for a while. And incase you havent noticed, we are all in a recession and money is tight. Some people are making it from paycheck to paycheck.
So, it's not like they do not want to see their children. Plus, with the ex that Rocky has, it isnt possible to do what he wants with his children.
This whole post is pointless. The one that is in the wrong is the person that started this crap. Maybe if you all would take the time and get to know them, instead of THINKING that you know everything, you would then be able to write some truths.

But I do know that Jess didn't make the trip all the way here to get her children.Her ex and his wife now had to take them halfway to her.She only kept them for six days.I know alot more than I am sayin on here, trying to be nice,But their not all your cracking them up to be! Are you talking about Trish rocky's ex..She's a good person at least she has her kid.

1. Noone said she made the trip all the way here. Her ex agreed to meet her half way so she could keep her kids during her vacation.
2. I have known Trish as long as I have known Rocky... all I can say about her being nice is beware of wolvews in sheeps clothing.
3. I am going to assume that you do not know what truely happened between Rocky and Trish, so maybe you need to get BOTH sides of the story.
4. And this is my main question.... what the hell is it anyones business of what Rocky or Jess is doing, have done, or will be doing?? I mean is it really that important that you have to get on topix and talk shit about someone that lives 5 hours away??

put it this way i'm friends with the woman that is raising jessie's kids.her and her husband are doing everything they can for all their kids, it seems like to me that jess and rocky are just happy with one another and dont worry about their kids at all i know for a fact jess has only seen hers 6 days and maybe 4 or 5 hours since before & after they left. that's sad and I know she's coming in may the 14th for the big matewan re enactment not to see her kids,no i dont know trisha and rocky's past, but i do know whos more of a mother to those kids and its not jess..she left them. if it was me she wouldnt ever see them again either for what she has put them thur..i mean you always depend on your mother to be there for you no matter what, so losing a mom is alot harder on a child than a dad in some cases..so FRIEND i told i was trying to be nice and that i knew more than what i was sayin,so i'm done with this but you know im telling the truth if you know so much about them!!

He used to work for me and I still get child support papers on him every month.Give me his adress and current employer and I'll make sure they get it.
