Ok so I am wondering about landlords here in Massena

Yes that's for sure.. Coin laundry, charges water and doesn't fix anything right. I know and would have never rented from him

level three sex offender over on 93 beach. landlord rcvd a special fee for renting to him.

yeah , i used to rent from him. never again.

you couldnt pay me to rent from that al miller again hes cheap and he cant keep his hands off you. figures your owe him cause you rent from him and trust me his rent aint cheap, never puts anything new in either

is that lavel three sex offender still living there. saw police over there a couple of days ago. that makes twice in the last month.

I happen to rent from Al Miller , and I find it hard to beleive what some of you have put on here. When I was looking for a place I am very glad that I got in touch with Al , through a friend of mine who happened to be moving.He has very nice places and they dont look like the ghetto either. I would have pitched a tent somewhere before I moved on Sycamore street.Drive by and see if youur places look as good as what he is offering. The ones on here complaining , are probably the ones who done some of the damages to his property. I am glad to be a tennant of Al Millers. Most of his tennants have been with him awhile, one 30 years, so he is a real bad guy right ?

Robert perras rents several house's. Charges water, has coin laundry, and does everything the cheapest way and doesn't fix anything the right way. I seen one of his places have three renters in it in a three month span, one couple was there a week, must be something severally wrong. I rented a place and wish I new what I know now before I moved in what a headache it was, always paid rent on time, never complained, just wanted a place that wasn't fallen apart, that's why I moved, watch out for him very crooked!!

If you can pass a credit check,criminal background check you shouldnt have any problems.i just rented out a nice house and i went threw 48 applications til i got a good renter.get your free credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com if you credit is good you should have your pick of places.when i get a good renter i dont raise the rent and keep the place up.you should of seen some of the applicants i had.2 child molesters, one very well know in massena,welfare skum,women with kids by every guy in massena etc.rented my place to a couple who work and their credit is top notch...getting hard to find good tenants.pretty soon all of massena will be a slum.Just look around

1.get a credit report at annualcreditreport.com its free
2.go to the st.lawrence county clerks office in canton.theres a room to the right as you go into the clerks office with about 20 computers.you can type in the name and see if they have any judgements against them or if they have a criminal record
3 get a copy of the massena landlords association do not rent to list.has most of the deatbeats in massena on it.dont rent to them
4 go to the newspaper archives and type their name in see what comes up

sounds like beach bum is al miller. how come you don't mind he gets extra money for renting to a sex offender . yup right there is your building.
i have kids and live nearby and i watch my kids very closely. sex offender just sits there watching all day and the cops go by there all the time. guess cops are just looking at the all the nice tenants.

There is not many good landlords anymore. Most are divorced or un-happily married who are just looking to get laid because they cant get from their women

When you have welfare rats in your house and they punch holes in the walls, trash it and the police raid it and find them all in another world and you have a few thousand in repairs you hesitate in waisting any more money and time on a loosing battle. Yes, there are a few good people out there but there are in these days a lot more troublesom ones. Some landlords cant make the mortgage payments when the tenants spend their money on parties and drugs as many do and can't pay the rent. Yes there are nice homes with nice people in them but the bad homes are generally owned by landlords that have been skinned before and have learned a lesson. It takes a few bad ones to ruin it for the rest.

Read the lease agreement very carefully you say? What about the one that cuts the window screen and crawls in and has his furniture moved in before you can give him the keys because he is afraid you will find out who he is and not rent to him. The house use to look nice. Damaged walls,split door casings, stolen property taken to sell so they could buy more alcohol and drugs and more. Been there and seen it all.

My Dad rented from Ed Clary for many years We had no problem with him.My Dad had alot of health problems he was very good to my Dad.I cant see Ed not caring about anyone I do know he went through a Divorce dont know why and I dont care I dont get into other peoples problems. looks like there is a pattern here. wonder how come the same names keep coming up. they can't all be bad people who have rented from these landlords. if they are it sure doesn't same much for the landlords.

Mike and Jessica Baxter do not take care of their tenants. You call and call for them to come fix something and they never show. Get excuses like they forgot bc they have so many tenants they cant keep them straight.We had to threaten them with calling the fire chief before they finally showed up to fix something. They remembered to pick up our rent on time though didnt they? Definetly DO NOT rent from these people!

your nothing but a discriminating landlord for checking credit reports. it takes years to fix your credit when you have bad times. shame on you! go waste your landlord money at the casino.

If your credit isnt good then you dont pay your bills and wont pay your rent.i dont want excuses,i want the rent when its due.
