People need to mind their own business. And keep the family out of this whole situation. Who the accused's girlfriend is does not matter. The fact that he has children is enough to leave his family out of it. Weather you agree with the situation or not, you are no better by judging him. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If he is guilty of this assault he will serve his time. But you are not the ones in charge of that or can judge him. Only God can judge. And for the record it was assault. NOT RAPE!! People really should get the facts straight before running their mouths.

Well I'm glad he thought of his family and kids and his DNA on her is pretty easy to judge also thank God for this innocent woman it was only assault and not rape.but is assault not bad enough.you have got to be family .well you can pick your nose but not your family huh? They have a DNA match. HE IS GUILTY. No judging required. She was sexually assaulted and DNA was collected at the scene, sounds like rape to me. He'll get his in prison, all the bubbas will be thinking, that could have been my mother or grandmother and that will be the end of him. GOOD RIDDANCE.
