Mother Says Daughter Raped on School Bus

" Cincinnati police said Tuesday they are investigating the alleged rape of a 9-year-old Cincinnati Public School student on a school bus last week This is a very troubling allegation, very disturbing," said Janet Walsh, a spokeswoman for the school district .
