She fell at work and then got Kings Island to pay her bills. God bless America.

$76,000 out of my tax money!

If you are to ride the Son of Beast, you should be in 100% condition and you should know that!

Keep the coaster up or else!

WHAT ever happened to education in this state?

Jack:

"$76,000 out of my tax money!"
To start with Kings island in not owned by the state so there is no tax money that will pay this.

"Keep the coaster up or else"

And you think saying this is going to do any good?
What a stupid comment.

Do you know this for sure and can you back it up in court?
If not then you are just trying to start trouble.

i dont think that they should have to pay her more then that, i mean ya she got hurt but at least she is still alive. She should be thankful for that. By her taking money from them is taking the money that they could use to fix the roller coasters that need it so they dont have to worry about things like what happened to her happen again. Thats what i think. Thank you for your time!

Reading something on the Internet does not make it the truth. I just read that on 12/12/2012 aliens are going to harvest our flesh, organs and souls when they cause the North and South poles to change their magnetic polarity (thereby destroying life on Earth.) It's on the Internet and supposedly listed by "experts". Do you really believe that is going to happen? Really? If so, tune into Fox News for more fiction presented as fact.(Or is it presented as "entertainment" as they now allege.)Nyuk Nyuk

I worked at a lawfirm and $75,000 out of King Islands pocket isn't going to even go noticed. They need slow people like you guys on jury's to rob innocent people who are guess what? You same idiots.Noone knows what its like to get hurt until it happens to them. A disbled person is also likley to suffer mental problems. I watched Insurance companies cheat people like you and people like you get so depressed that they wind up with mental problems. Its just like the crime rate you'll never get it unless you've been there.I apologize for calling anyone an idiot, just wanted to get your attention.-Thanks D

The sad thing about the whole situation to me is the jury awarded the plaintiff so low of an award that its not probably going to cover her future medical bills and health problems. That will have to be covered by "taxpayers". Big business is getting away with slaughter in this country. People need to educate themselves on issues instead of hearing things second hand and taking other peoples word for it.I'm here to learn as well as educate.-Thanx D
