Dear, can you not come up with your own screen name?<quoted text>
I'm amused at how upset you're getting...are you trembling with frustration?
I don't think of you at all.

Gatorgrad you do get oversensitive sometimes if anyone has anything to say that is not glowing about the spanish commumity. People are people and your family may be great but there may be other people who have had bad experience with someone of that race. I have bad experiences with people of my own race sometimes. People do not always act well and no matter what their race they can be prone to bad behavior. People are simply people and some are good and some are bad!

I shouldn't have to register, it's my name and moniker. Only losers actually register on these sites. |

I will be the first to admit that the hispanic race definately has some bad apples, as do all races. After spending time in PR and living in Orlando I can DEFINITELY understand and have definitely had my share of bad experiences. What I get so enraged about are all the people who want all hispanics to 'go home' or categorize everyone in a group due to the actions of a few. It's not just hispanics either..it's really all races. But thanks for the feedback and I will try not to get so defensive in the future :) |

Re: muffin top fashions: I agree! Nothing is worse than clothes that don't fit, and young and old alike seem to want to squeeze into a size or two too small. Take a rear view look before you head out the door, and squat in front of a mirror, we don't want to see you "smile"! Men too! Clothes are cheap, get some that fit!

believe me, there are customers out there you just want to kick between the crack...and this wig hunter is one. |

Wow, that's rude and unnecessary. It truly amazes me how people with hidden identities use a forum to fight with other people who have hidden identities. It's one thing to debate a subject but to be rude and call others bad names is just a bad sign of the times. I have to skim over the childish name-calling to read the good stuff. A lot of you posters really have good insight and it makes sense that you would take the time to express your opinions and ideas. The ones who post ignorant statements are just trying to get some kind of attention. Then they sit back and wait for a fight. Now, I'll be curious to see how the "attention getting" posters respond. |

Exactly!!! But I wasn't just referring to one person in particular. I was talking about the forums overall.

So tell me exactly what YOUR purpose for posting again was?? Exactly how was it relevent? And btw, I don't condone name calling, but I was merely defending myself in response to Meg's attack on me. Go get back on your high horse. |
|
Thanks for asking. I'll be happy to tell you my purpose for writing.
Instead of being mean to other people that you don't know, how about sharing your ideas without name-calling? Here's an example: Meg #2, although you have every right to use whatever name you wish, why don't you select a different name to use when you post so that other readers don't get confused with Meg #1's statements. I'm sure Meg #2 would understand that logic and would probably select another name. But you let this stranger get under your skin and push your buttons to the point of getting so mad and calling her a bi@ch. We are all adults here but some people act like bullies who try to control the message board. I'm just saying, it would be nice to have respect for others who enjoy reading the debates. Honestly, do you REALLY care if Meg attacked you? Did she really warrant a response from you? Just let it go...who cares? "Go get back on your high horse" is very rude and puts you in attack mode. I didn't realize that it was so easy to push your buttons. |

Autumn, this is the ticked off column. I think you'll find most of the people who post are exactly that...TICKED OFF. Just because I vent my frustration on a silly light-hearted subject doesn't make me a terrible contribution to society who is a bad person. Lighten up. |
|
I agree that it is a Ticked Off column and gives people a place to get their anger out, especially over silly issues. But the forum is designed to share opinions without insulting other people. In fact, you can report abuse.
The actual column does not allow name-calling so the forums should follow suit. But Gatorgrad...you seem to be frustrated on a daily basis. I think you are the only one that is upset about something each day, so it probably should be you that needs to lighten up. Either that, or you might end up having a heart attack if you keep letting every little thing bother you. I didn't say you were a terrible contribution to society or that you were a bad person. |

You must not venture into many forums, and no, I'm not frustrated on a daily basis, but I usually DO comment on the ticked offs that I read on a daily basis, but that does NOT make me a ticked off person. If you don't like my opinions or my posts then don't read them. |
But you whine like a little beatch! |

Her attempts to verbally attack others are usually quite silly though. |
