Smoking marijuana has been proven to be a victimless crime. It is not a gateway drug, it is LESS harmful than tobacco or alcohol, the time does not fit the crime. Please, all residents who believe that a plant can help the sick and dying find comfort, please all residents who believe that responsible adults should be able to smoke this plant without loss of their education, family, job, liberty, and property - Write to our mayor and city coucil, write to our representatives and senators. Now is the time for change and a grass roots movement is what we need
