Really? Two guns? What a jack-leg. What are going through peoples minds lately. This is getting really stupid. This kind of behavior is going to make good upstanding people start breaking laws just to protect themselves. Tragic.

The shooter looks to be untrained and seems to be emulating movie shooters. Most probably not licensed to carry(sarcasm here).

Yes. I don't believe they teach that technique in the conceal carry class. Sarcasm as well.

Please, Do tell. Does he usually carry two guns on him? If so what does he need to provoke him to the point breaks out the Matrix moves and kills an innocent person.

Kudos to Chris Hayes for a report that should be told. Unlike the interview with Shannon Torres yesterday, this story SHOULD be aired. The public needs to know what is happening in our justice system.

First of all is this the entire video? I would not convict a person based on only 1 report and 1 view of this incident.We need to let our justice system do it's job and let this play out. For those who commented yes people do carry two guns 1 is the guy that teaches the carry and conseal class. he encourages you 1 on hip 1 on leg. Now what? Do they also teach you chase an uarmed person into a busy intersection and fire pot shots at innocent by standers?

Who does this black guy think he is a cow-boy? Mabe somebody should have reminded him this is not the wild wild west? Well one this is for sure its not a racist based murder, due to the fact didt notice any white people in the area. Mabe he was made due to the shortage of doses for H1N1 vaccine? Mabe it was a suprize birthday that went wrong, he dont want to be reminded of getting older? Mabe he just found out the jeffersons has been cancelled?(moving on up!!) I would not say this is scary, due to the culture they are envolved in threw childhood. Violence is all these thugs know! You dont need a highschool diploma to shoot a gun? Mabe his mamma didnt give his nappey grapefruit head enought attention when he was little? Mamma you dont love me anymore!!!

Your right. We haven't seen the entire video, so I guess we shouldn't speculate......on the part that we did see where the individual with the two guns started shooting at individuals without guns.

As far as your Conceal Carry statement as an instructor I don't suggest wearing more than one. If you are a civilian and never had formal specialized training then you don't need more than one gun. If I was to suggest that and someone I trained goes out and tries to defend themselves by drawing from their ankle they are dead. Let's get back on topic please and thank you.

First of all UNKNOWN, before you start posting all of your racist cooments, maybe (not mabe)you have been failed by your mother to teach all of your ignorance, and to the teachers that have appeared to fail you in school because you are clearly illiterate. And to everyone else; I do condone violence of any nature, however, the media will only portray what they feel is a good story for the day, and it was edited for that purpose; to make hom look like the ultimate bad guy. There must be a reason that the police, and the DA's office have not charged him with 1st degree murder(they know and saw the truth that the public did not see on the video) but this man was provoked. I hate that an inocent person got killed in the process of this man's poor judgement and I pray for all the families involved. We should all pray that our communities come togather and stop all the violence.

What is the deal with all you people? He pulled a gun to shoot someone. Convict the man and get on with it. I didn't see self defense as an issue here. Murder is murder. Black or White. Put him away forever. End of story.

I agree with Brenda... Convict the Piece of ****. It is time to start putting these thugs to death, forget the bleeding hearts. What rights do victims get??? NONE, but we are to feel sorry for some thug because somebody upset him. This is whats wrong with our judicial system, it takes cares of the thugs not the victims.
