I think the cops already looked there, and they pay them off with sex. that's why everyone can find them, but the cops don't arrest them.

I live in the projects in Huntington. They are not as dangerous as they used to be, though we still have our problems. I was told that on Wed night a young girl was raped right outside my back door. I don't know if this is just rumor or if it is fact. I was sleeping soundly that night because I had a seizure, so I would not have been awakened by any noise. If this is true, I still feel guilty, though on a conscious level I know it was not my fault. Can someone tell me if this horrible crime actually took place??

Just goes to show how narrowminded most of you are. Check Amsterdam, Berlin, or just about any city in Europe and Asia, and you will find legalized prostitution. It works. It is taxed, the girls have to get tested weekly/bi-weekly/monthly for std's. Their condoms are free and there are so few street walkers that you may as well say they're nonexistent. Huntington's debt and deficit could be wiped out in a couple of years. I mean, WV already has fully nude strip joints, the Asian massage parlor, and Aristocrats. Why not just bring it out in the open and start making it safer and more profitable?

Yeah right they are out there like they have always been go look at cab drivers and the police themselves because they are all sleeping with them

They need to clean up, huntington has went down hill since I was in high school and that was like 5 years ago and it's just getting worse. I refuse to go to huntington unless I have to.
