1 I bought a new 2009 Civic there just over a year ago and with my car I bought a Car Package with coupons for 2 free oil changes, lifetime free state inspections, and a coupon book with discounts and offers. Well I went to get my oil changed just a few days ago and left the oil coupon in my car. When I went to pick it up I noticed they had charged me for the oil change. They said since they sold the dealership my Care Package is no longer vaild. Why was I not notified about this?! I spent $100 dollars on that Care Package to only use 1 oil change and 1 inspection, so it was a waste of money for me! I am really considering digging further into this because I feel I should have at least been told that my Care Package would become invalid. |

I think you might look at legal action sounds like whoever sold you that should had put your card in the sales deal !! might be lots more of you !!

Told a lawyer he said probably bought under bulk sale so coupons would not be honored !! But this should make you leary of the new owners other locations as well as yours now !!

I also bought the $100 coupon package when i bought my 2008 civic and I'm getting my oil changed tomorrow. I hope they take my coupon, ill let you know if they do or not.

I don't think they would take it. I bought the same package and when I got my oil changed last week they wouldn't take it. But please let us know what they say about it. |

I don't have any interest in this subject, however word of mouth is powerful and bad publicity is even more powerful. I'd try to use the coupons once more and give them one more chance to deny them. After that, call the Honda North America corporate office. The number is 1-800-999-1009 6am-5pm Pacific time. Although local dealerships are locally owned the Honda corporation still owns the name. They have power to shut any dealership down. I'm sure nothing that drastic would ever happen. I will almost guarantee you if more than one of you contacts the corporate headquarters with the same complaint the corporate people will honor those coupons. I'd advise you all to stick to your guns and if they don't honor that package you paid for then make your next car purchase a Toyota. It's a matter of principle. One hundred dollars is a lot of money. Let us know what happens and KEEP FIGHTING.... |

I called up to Honda to ask to speak to a manager about all this and they said I needed to call Beckley Garbage and talk to Mike or Gus. When I finally got through over there I spoke with some woman and she said that I didn't need to talk to them and gave me the number to Honda that gave me their number to begin with! I am getting no where with this and they are just running me around in circles. I called the number above and they said that it was an after market product and they had nothing to do with it. A manager from the dealership is calling me tomorrow to HOPEFULLY give me some answers.

Call that number and you tell them you want to talk to their manager at corportat make sure you also tell them there are ten more of you just like yourself that will NEVER buy another honda again. If the manager of that dealership had any common sense he will honor your coupons. It's the "little" things that make a difference sometime. It's also the little things that will miss a sale. Don't give up just yet friend persistence is the name of the game. |

Well, they are SUPPOSE to call me today, but I am still waiting on that call. But another thing is that I got road side assistance with my car and I think (I'm not sure) it was included in with the care plan. If so, is that still valid? What if something happened I needed to rely on that in a bad situtation? Would I find out that I couldn't use it when I most needed it? I am going to wait and see what they have to say to me today (if they call me at all) but I am most likely trading my car for a Subaru within the next year. My fiancé got a really good deal on an impreza and I have been really impressed with his car and service they have provided him. I had planned on trading before all this came up and it made me realize that they don't care enough about my business to keep me there. |

Earharts in there history has had the worst real estate location. First one was on Valley Drive ny the bridge on both sides plymouth and Rambler. Then they built on the backside of the Raleigh Mall road 2 buildings.
They bought Beckley Garbage a few months ago. Smartest car dealer owner was Grady he still owns the property where Ramey is and Ive heard they rent for like 14,000 a month and he also owns land every where !! |
