I have never in my life been sold so much BS! First of all their service is overpriced. Secondly if you simply google search this guys name he comes up on RIP OFF REPORT about a dozen times under some unknown pool company's name. What's that all about? I'm glad I didn't get anymore work done from this outfit. I think I need PROZAC after dealing with this!!!

Honestly...I have no idea who posted this complaint...We have never done any work in Burnet Tx. If "annonomous" is so unhappy why wouldn't they post there name? I stand behand all the work that is done with my company! This is a sad attempt to reduce my credibility!- Linda S. Coulombe

What a complete FRAUD. Google does save people many headaches. It seems as though another phony contractor bites the dust!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe the person wants to be anyonymous because they fear for their SAFETY!

Three months ago Patt came to my house to quote for a driveway extension. He boasted of having the HoA architectural committee leaders name in his phone and stated the work could be done immediately as it was a formality to get HoA approval and that I had to sign a contract and pay a deposit there and then. I asked him to obtain agreement from the HoA first, provide a written quote and then I would sign a contract, pay a deposit, and he could start (I did not want to pay a deposit only to find the work could not proceed due to HoA issues). This he agreed to. Thank God I did not pay this company any money three months ago. Long story short he and his accompliss Kyke have lied to me, failed to return calls, and done NOTHING to progress this work for three months. They have lost the plans I sent them, they have now lost my entire file, and they are now trying to rip me off. Last week in an attempt to finally uncover why no progress was being made I managed to get Patt on the phone and he admitted that this was because he had deliberately stalled the work as I had not paid a deposit! Today I have been told that in order to do the work he wants $700 more than the amount we verbally agreed (which already included $500 profit for him for two days work). Avoid this company like the plague.

Do not do business with this guy (Patt) he is nothing but a con and will take all the money he can get from you. He will feed you the bigest line of BS. Not a person for anyone to do business with. Just do your homework. Check Ripoffreport.com and type in his name and see what happens. There are so many people he has taken advantage of in and around Austin. He has also been investigated by the police, and seven on your side.
