he owes alot of people money, being a cop doesnt entitle you to not pay what you owe.
Ceartain citizens here are above the law. When you can pull up to a cop and talk to him while drinking a beer as you talk from the drivers seat but get a ticket sober leaving work at noranda for 5 miles above the speed limit somethings wrong.
I would prefer the speeder over the drunk any day.
