That is so cool and cute. We need more places for these animals to go.

I agree but it would seem that we need good shelters not new ones. If this new one turns out to be a good one then we will have both.

I think it,s a shame that with the high Real estate taxes we pay in monroe county to the Town & school (Mine $4800 Yearly) That the Politicans cannot sqeeze out any money from the budgit to fund a animal shelter. They seem to fund a lot of other projects that help out small segments of our community, not the majority. I guess they figure Dogs & cats don,t vote, so they are to be ignored.

You are right Angelo, someone has to take care of the animals, and Vin this is a former shelter that was closed down a year ago and these people put a lot of effort to reopen it.They need all the money and support we can give them.

I usre understand that missy and it's not the first one that's been closed down at that location.

What I'm saying is I would rather have quality then quantity. I hope they do well.

I saw the little dog getting its mats removed and had to restrain myself from going to its rescue.I have three already and think more constitutes a hoarder. So all you people out there that have less than three ought to look at those little guys. They don't shed. Lots of love and laughter in a tiny package. Great burglar alarms too.

That's wonderful Mark. I couldn't separate the two I adopted either.
