I find this to be a fair consequence. But can you tell me how it is fair for Dante Stallworth to commit basically the same crime and be charged with 30 days in Jail?! I understand it is FL VS. MN... But come on, the system is flawed across the boards!!! I am so sick and tired of people with deep pockets and/or fame being let off while a crime that is similar a average person serves 10 folds the sentence... Sorry this is probably the wrong place to vent. But I read both stories and it makes me down right SICK!

Sure I'll tell you. Dante Stallworth was not at fault! The guy ran in front of him and Stallworth couldn't avoid him. Yea Stallworth was slightly above the legal limit, which means he is guilty of a DUI but my guess is Stallworth considering the physical condition he is in was in control of himself. The woman from Cottonwood is a different story. Being a .23 is a whole different level. Dante Stallworth made a mistake but he wasn't responsible the the guys death. It was unadvoidable.

This is outrageous. She kills a person and gets less than four years? This judge and prosecutor should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time...
oh... wait a minute... I guess pretty much anyone could do a little over 3 years... maybe that's why there is so much drunken driving?

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Cancer

Happy New Year, Cancer! Are you ready to put those resolutions into place? Not quite?! Crustaceans are never quite sure just how much they can get away with and where to draw the line. You have a flair for the dramatic and when you're the narrator, your exploits become deeds that would make a knight proud. Your fans know you're a hero, whatever history might prove. Audacity impresses most people but if you go to far you could cause offence.
