Child's Body Found At Tinker Dam

Thank yous go out to DEEMI.Itwas the photo they took on June 1 that located the body. If the wardens had returned phone calls made earlier than that maybe the body would have been discovered earlier. In a May article in the the BDN the wardens stated "Our position now is to scale the search back and continue with routine patrols. There’s just not much more we can do."

DEEMI did not give up they were searching the river banks into Canada and taking more photos. They had a plane and teams of people on the ground with four wheelers searching all day on SUnday, June 17. Among those searchers were the grandfather of Allie and her mother.

So to all of you who made comments about Mandy not being involved in the search for her daughter, you were wrong. She and her father have been in constant contact with DEEMI during this entire search process. They were workingon getting DEMMI up there.DEEMI was ready to go up in May but because no one in Fort Fairfield min volved in the search would answer phone calls, they did not get there until June 1.

Obviously she was wrong as they did not search into Canada or the dam.

I am a relative also and know what has been going on.

I thank all of you who have been praying for the family.

I personally know that they went to the dam to check. I was there.

I am so glad that they found her..she is going to be sadly missed.

first of all, i would like to inform everyone that allie is my niece. i would like to give great thanks to everyone who helped out in the search of her. its a great relief to know that she can finally be put to rest and not be lost forever. second of all, i would like to inform everything that allies mother, mandy has had absolutely NOTHING to do with the search for allie. all she did was sat at her house everday and laughed and had a good time. she didn't even care that her daughter was missing and could be dead. almost every mother i know, if their child went missing, they would be out all day and all night looking for them not sitting at home having a good time not caring. mandy is not a person who deserves to have children sorry to say. look at whats happened..her oldest daughter, the father was given full custity of and the youngest daughter, the father was given custity of too. her youngest daughters father doesn't deserve to be a parent either. they are both unfit. now that my niece has finally been found, you would think that this state was smarten up and realize that mandy doesn't deserve to have custity of her either. eventhough she is now gone to heaven, that doesn't matter. the one who deserves to be planning the service and choosing where allie should be barried is her grandmother and grandfather, deb and ken. no one has any idea what these two wonderful people did for allie and how mandy would call and say i can handle her you need to take her. anytime mandy called, deb would be right there to get allie because she loved her more than anything in the world. mandy may have been allie biolocial mother, but her real mother who treated her with the respect and love she deserved, was her grandmother. i dont think any of you have any idea what mandy is now doing to our family. she has told all of us that we have no right going to allies funeral or service. now tell me is that right to do? no it isn't! all mandy wants is attention put on her, not poor little allycat. none of this is right at all. this should not have happened to my poor niece. she didn't deserve any of this. she definitely doesn't deserve you people who have no idea what has gone on, to be saying "oh, that poor girls mother. my thoughts are with her." all your thoughts should be with allies grandmother and my family who did everything for this babygirl. not the mother that did absolutely nothing but treat her like she was never born.

What about Lee and his family. We were kept away from Alexandria because of Mandi's lies. Lee has kept in close contact with Deb. They are trying to work together.

Thank you Sam for your kind words. We had Ali for about a year and she was the most delightful child. I am so thankful that Deb took such good care of her. I wish any one other than Mandi would have gotten custody, but it is too late now. I know that Lee is trying to get the funeral so that any and all of the families, searchers, and town of Fort Fairfield may come and pay the respects to this child. I truley feel she belongs to all of us.

I would like to start by thanking everyone who has been out there from the start searching for our little Allie Cat. It has meant the world to us. I want to thank Lee and Andrea for their acknowleging that Ken and I were a big part of her life. I would also like to state that it is true we are not allowed to attend Allie's funeral. We can not even be a part of her obituary. Besides all of this it is not the time for everyone to be fighting over who can attend and who can bury this poor little girl. It is the time to put aside all differences this is Alexandria's time she should be in the spotlight not Mandy, Lee, Me or anyone else. Now because of all the fighting this poor little angel of ours cannot be put to rest for yet another week.

This is definately time that all the issues be put aside. Allie was and is still loved very much by many people. Laying this sweet baby to rest should be based on her WHOLE family being able to be there. Allie loved everyone. If Allie would have been an adult, the awake and funeral would have been based on her wishes, why can it not be basically the same for Allie? She would not have wanted all the fighting and exclusions.

being debs sister I agree with her 100%, All this fighting is stupid all we want is the right to be there at this funeral. its stupid we would have to have two. there no reason that all sides of alliecats family cannot sit for two hours and say all our goodbyes together. no matter how we all feel as adults she did and always will love all of us as we all love her. words can't explain the feeling and emotion that are going threw our hearts right now, except that we all need closure and everyones heart that had the privilege of being touched by this little angel should have the right to be there.

I agree with this fighting is stupid..especially in this time of need. This little girl had enough love in her little heart for everyone. And from what I am reading Mandy doesn't care about her daughter's feelings just herself. It sounds like that it is about poor Mandy. She is very self centered. And you can tell that she isn't putting Allie's feelings frist..all she wants to do is cause more pain on Allie's family and friends. She must get her kicks from this. My mother always told me "what comes around will go around" someday Mandy will get her. To Allie's family my heart goes out to you..you are wonderful people and God Bless You!!!

All I can say is Mandy and her boyfriend belongs on this T.V. show that I watch MOST EVIL..because thats how I see you both. You both may have not harmed her with your bare hands..but you neglected her and that is the worst thing that any child could go through. And DHS should take your baby away from you both..you don't deserve her. And I think that both of you needs some help..because your emotions are so fake.

This is Andrea and I just want you to know that you and Ken will be there at Alexandria's Funeral. I PROMISE you this. We were all a part of Ali's life in one way or another. I love knowing that you had her and wished more than anything that she was still with you. We have a lost Ali in this life but we will be with her again. Deb we are trying to get this done ASAP as I agree that Ali needs to be put to rest and the people who searched and the Town of Fort Farifield deserve to be there.
Deb, I will call you later but I thank you for your kind words. My heart aches as I know yours does. We will have our time.

I feel for anyone who loved this littled girl, I have a almost 3 year old little girl myself and this story has haunted me since I found out, I live in New Brunswick, Canada and myself & my 2 little girls have prayed for her ever since. I do not know her mother or what happened, but my only question is that going to the washroom cannot take that long, I truly believe that this could have been avoided, something just does not fit in this story, only God knows the truth. If it is true that her mother has been seen "having great times", that is very sad, my daughters are my world, they are a precious gift and I could not rest if one of them was missing, certainly I could not be enjoying my life. I hope for Allie's sake that is not true, she is now a little angel and ALL those who loved her should be allowed to attend her funeral, if not it only disgrace's her.
