Farlin Zickafoose Charleston, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 May 31, 2012 Is that single apartment on East Gardner abandoned? It's beside the house Bob Kessler lived in. By the looks of it no one has been in there or has cut the weeds behind it for some time now. Is it possibly for sale? Anyone know anything about it?

They have been working on it the last several days and a gentleman cut the weeds behind the place. They put up a handrail on the back steps. I would say they are getting it ready to rent.
