I think this Judge should be REMOVED from the bench. I have to question his intentions. I work in a prison and I can tell you this --- pedophiles DO NOT get better. They cannot be rehabilitated. The research and Data is in and they only get worse. I truly wonder what the hell this stupid judge is thinking -- maybe HE IS A PERVERT too!!!!!

Isn't there a minimum sentencing requirement in the state this judge serves? How can he give probation to a child molester who confesses?

this is probably the same judge that just released a man from probation and jail because he fled and moved around hiding from police and probation officers all the while still dealing drugs and working in the public on your homes. served 1 year of 15 sentence then had probation dropped because he paid a fine of $949! Yet they sent more fines to collections!!! All that mattered was the money. He's free again with no probation, no charges, no worries. even with other warrants in other counties.

there was a case in lawrence co. where this happened i think someonr is trying to draw attention away from it because there was a story in the monett times about it. but that link has mysterly disapeared something is pretty fishy about that.must of been pretty close to someone at the monett times.or some family members.surely someone out there is familiar with this as well lets not hide these little perverts.if its the one im thinking about the little shit bag doesnt even have to register.what a injustice.he needs to be exposed so others know who to look out for
