I expected more from you. Clearly Christianity does nothing for how one acts. Did I call you immoral based on your job. Nope, sure didn't. Hey Mike, did you ever consider that I meant you're self-employed, own a bar and that's time consuming and that you might need to get out a little more? Geez, why do you always turn things around to make you some kind of victim? I see now you do have knowledge of teenage girls, just like you, they're all drama queens at that age. Clearly being an atheist does nothing for how nasty one acts and you're proof if I've ever seen it.

Yea we know---WTF---583 fn pages, but the flip side is no trees had to be cut down. lol. And this is their therapy and possibly it's a better alternative than speaking with the umm, other half. They don't have nothing to talk about I'm sure at home..even after say one year of marriage. Let em be. peace be with you. And I too know there aint no difference, but I'm a guessin they don't. Again, let em be.

The Pacific is coming across California sea walls and they have decided it is useless to build them higher. California's liberal legislature should just follow North Carolina's republican legislature and pass a law against rising seas. Duh

If that's the case there are doubtless many Virgins at your church.

The climate of this planet is going to change no matter WHAT WE DO! You ARE getting better at sarcasm however....not that you were ever BAD at it.... I know there is more to know, but you sarcastically made it sound as if you knew something the scientists did not. I keep hearing that pompous attitude from climate deniers and it makes me sick. And BTW man can see back in time as if he were a god of sorts. He can see what the climate was a million years ago and more. All sorts of evidence gives us clues to what the climate was in the past. We can even see what CO2 levels were as far back as seven hundred thousand years. And it is expected to see even farther back as more ice cores come in. Just as with evolution, most all scientist believe in global warming. But strangely conservatives tend to not believe in either one. So it is clear, conservatives are just science doubters. This is a problem. A big problem for our counties future. Our children are being told to not believe what science finds as if scientist are all in some giant conspiracy. The result ends in our children being scientifically illiterate compared to other progressive nations. Thus we are losing the competitive edge needed in this age of fast advancing technology. About half of Americans do not believe in evolution. A huge majority of that number is among republican households. Blacks also tend to not believe in evolution. Which seems ironic to me due to how evolution shows blacks to very equal to all other races. But of course this attitude is mostly due to religious dogma. Sorry for my snarky attitude, but just want you to know how I truly feel about science deniers.

And yes, the climate will change no matter what we humans do or have done. But we certainly can accelerate the changes. I may naturally take ten or twenty thousand years to a new ice age, or it can artificially take a one or two hundred years. You underestimate the power of man on our environment.

We take that chance with everyday we continue in a political stalmate. If we delay, ultimately we are responsible. I feel the same. We may not see the horrors of our actions, but our descendants will. It makes my conscience burdened to know we could prevent their suffering but chose not to do so. As you may know, as an atheist, I do not answer to a god, but I do answer to my conscience. I have a son who I wish to leave a good environment for. My philosophy contains a sort of afterlife. Mine is a legacy I leave behind of my actions. And my footprint is part of that. If I pollute the environment and vote for those who do not promote a clean environment, my legacy will be tarnished. That burdens me now. Thus, it is motivation to vote for a clean environment and do what I can to leave a small personal environmental footprint.

Fact is, you have nothing to provide. The Huff piece I found says "article has expired". However, I did find this site. Have at it: http://shadow.foreignpolicy.com/category/topi... Thus, it is reasonable to assume most of who you implied were not virgins at age fourteen are Christians. Thus it is reasonable to assume the Christian teens do not care what Jesus thinks on their sex lives. I do assume you have teens in your church, unless your church is very different that any church in America. Funny thing though, Fox news and gang criticized him for singing as if he should be in a constant state of solitude seeing as how we are still in war and the economy is not great. Good to see that at least one republican does not hate his every move.

I do assume you have teens in your church, unless your church is very different that any church in America. I do assume your church has teens that are having sex, unless your church is different that most every church in America. I attend a small church and we actually have an age gap. There's old people, then people my age (not as old the OLD), then we kind of jump to the 30 somethings and their children are small and honestly, I can't think of a 14 year old girl in our church. Mike, I think there's something you leave out of the equation. Many teens that are Christian are sexually active. You and I both were teenagers in the past and the simple truth is, raging hormones between teenagers will trump Jesus everytime. If the young girl ends up pregnant or has a pregnancy scare, she'll find Jesus in a hurry. That's the beauty of Jesus, He knows we're not perfect and He, as parents do, forgives His children. I don't know what religion you were before, but God/Jesus doesn't sit around throwing lightening bolts from the heavens killing people on the spot if they do wrong. Somebody really messed you up.

Give us a few concrete examples of today's American means of government and it's lean toward socialism as it compares to Hitler and the Third Reich. Please be specific. The fact is Germans were looking to the government to solve their problems. The Chinese were looking to the government to solve their problems and so were the Russians. The fact is they all ended up with fascist socialist governments that kill millions. Every time we have let the government solve our problems, people die and freedom is lost.
