Just thought everyone would like to know: Ricky was arrested and put in jail today for ROBBBERY! He stole jewelry and was caught pawning it on camera. He then called his mother at her job to tell her (and upset her). This proves his character. His mother went to church tonight, probably to pray for him.

ok then. so much for all the comments on this post that he has changed. WHATEVER!!!!!!!! LOOKS LIKE HE WILL NEVER LOSS HIS STRIPS.....

Update: his bail is 25,000 dollars (full bail, total must be paid) and he wants his mother and sister to pay it for him. Loser. He's so thoughtless.

Holy **** , What is this man thinking. We never thought that he was like that. he always seemed ok to use. We have only known him for a couple months. Very intersting, need less to say.

I heard he was in jail for stealing.

well thats what this whole thing is saying if you have read it all. heard he was seen in court at that new court house in springfield today. who he was stealing from dont know. Hope was not his fam. again like we have read on this. Let alone anyone for that matter. so must be someone in that county he stole from. But as this is saying, he has stolen from someone. Must have been big for wanting a full cash bond. We only met him a couple months or maybe 4 months ago, and couldn't belive it.

A few details I know for sure (from his aunt): he stole from somewhere in Washington Co., the amount of goods was over $3000, and he was caught on a camera pawning all the stuff and then arrested. He wants his mom to raise all the money and calls daily to complain to her about jail (really stressing her out, and she's had cancer before and doesn't exactly have that kind of money). His job also said if he wasn't back by today then he would lose it. And this is just a rumor, but I heard he was stealing the discarded materials (those that couldn't be sold) from his job site as well. All together, it's just pathetic. I'm just waiting for them to get him on pot-dealing too (that one's confirmed).

WOW, my wife and I are just shocked. And his mother is ill on top of all this.Well I call him a wolf in sheeps clouthing then. So he must not have made bail. So he must be going to be sentenced some time soon.

23295 THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING/DISP- ALL OTHERS $10,000 OR MORE CASH $25000.00
All his info is on Marion County Detention center's web site. As you can see it's theft of 10,000 or more and dispersal wich means selling. I hope he's away for along time!!!!

DANG!, didnt know you could look up all that, and even a mug shot. Didn't say any release date. So his mother and sister must not have been able to get all that CASH together. wonder how much time he will get. Or has he even been sentenced yet!

Thanks Happy for the official stuff! His mom seems to be accepting that it might be better for him to stay in jail (and none of her family is willing to give up any cash to help him out).

Anyone know when he's to be arraigned? A family member though it might be today or tomorrow.

Scary -- he got out of jail tonight! Nobody expected his mom to do it, but she got the money and got him out. I really hope everyone keeps her in their prayers; I just think she's safe with him at her house. As for him, everybody better lock their doors.

Dang!We well pray for her and his dad, and whole family. So he still would have to go back to court,would think. SO would not and dont think this is over for his mom and dad yet. Poor women, what is she going to do if and when he is sentenced for some time.And surly longer them a couple weeks. And they, who ever puts up money for people in jail, dont they lose that money. How could anyone do that to there parents. And they must be up there in years, and his mom not well we think we had read some place on here. so if he still has a job, he better work lots, cause hopeful he is going to pay them back. Arent parents suppose to be injoying life with what ever money they may have. Not throw it out the window for something like this, that they didnt do.Would say that he should pay every dime and then some is the least he could do for what he has put his family thru.And they are still going to have to deal with what ever happens next.Bet e-stop is not going to be a hang out for him anymore. We wouldnt want him hanging at our place thats for sure. And what about that farm that he supposly worked at. Bet them people are checking there stuff. We sure would .

Someone should only get so many chances befor they should start losin fingers I bet that would make you think about stealing something

So true! With times as hard as they are thieves are taking a hell of a chance of getting shot. People are having a hard time and will defend what they have.

well does anyone think he is going to get any time from all this? We was at T.S. and he was not there. So maybe he has lost his job there to. Must be nice for him to have fam. that can pay for all his mess ups and mistakes. Says he was married on here. WOW, bet she and if any kids are not wanting anyone to know they are related.

Ricky isn't fired yet, but if he gets charged of course he will get fired. Even if he doesn't the man was ARRESTED IN THE STORE so I doubt he'll be allowed back thats just bad business. I will say there were few times when Ricky really went out of his way to be a good guy but in the end he has stolen thousands from the store dated many married women self admitted I might add and is a little too touchy feely. I pray for him and think he can be better than this but for a man who "always has a story" and never the mind set for a good solution it may be hard. He has done dirty things and lied to my face and others faces plenty and did bad things behind their backs.

Ricky if you read this...you got good in your heart man I know you do, stop complaining and man up, pick your priorities wisely and bust your **** to do good. Ain't no use in complaining, because it won't do any good to anyone.
