Santa Monica Middle School Teacher Arrested On Molestation Chages

I had him as my teacher and I always knew this sick man was corrupt. I was glad he didnt molest me, but I knew that he should have not been allowed to teach as I raised my concern with the principal and as a poster said, my compliant were ignored as well. Glad to see finally an end to this abuser as he should not be allowed to walk in the streets. Die in jail you old sick pervert!!

I guess when the so call teacher got hired they did not do the fingerprint. Fingerprint test for all teachers hired in the past that are still teaching. The principal has nothing to do with hiring staff. Teachers are hired by the District.

Everyone is always quick to believe the child. If this man has been teaching for 30 years, then if it were true, he would have been caught long ago. 12 year olds are more savvy than you think, and there are any number of reasons why this girl or the others would lie. the child isnt always right. the others that have come foward could be thinking something happened after all the hysteria involved with these situations. I hope the teacher is cleared and sues the hell out of the family of the accusers.

$10 bucks says it will turn out the girls made it up after Mr. Beltran disciplined them.

I knew this teacher.I am in utter disbelief. I actually knew this teacher as a student at Lincoln MS a little over 12 years ago. I can't believe this story, but then again only the accusers and the suspect know the truth.

As a victim of child molestation myself I would have to disagree with you, and thanks to people like you people like me grow up to have fucked up problems with depression and suicide because nobody ever believed them. My mom did not believe me for years until someone else told her. 10 years later at age 18 I was placed in a psychiatric ward for for PTSD. So don't you fucken tell people not to believe a kid.

I am a family friend, and find this unbelievable. Remember the hysteria around the McMartin preschool case? Wait for justice before coming to such awful conclusions.

my boyfriend is a former student at lincoln and had this teacher for two years, he said hes the sweetest man and would never do something like that.

how can anyone be saying such harmful things about this man when most of you dont even know him, this could b one huge misunderstanding, for holy sake this girls can barely speak english. say this man isn't guilty, he will never be able to show his face in santa monica or even southern california. this could ruin some ones life by over exaderating the simplest things. i can not believe a man who just lost his daughter to cancer and who teaches because he loves it, is seriusly being accused of these things. everyone needs to stop being dramatic and really investigate the situation and remember 12 years olds from different countries can misinform adults and stir up a huge problem such as this one.......

im sorry but thats your problem and thats very sad but just becuase you went threw doesnt mean that every situation like yours is true, if you dont know him you really should not put your two sense in just becuase you feel every man should b punished for what a man did to you

The school did not hire a sex offender. Teachers are screened carefully. He has never been convicted of a sexual offense in the past. Why not led the judicial system do what it is supposed to do? If he is found guilty, he SHOULD and WILL be punished.

Can't believe all this. This was my english teacher in 7th grade. It's thankx to him that I learned english. Gosh this is pretty crazy.

nice to see this has finally has stopped. I know a lot of students have complained on this man before but everything was ignored. Its amazing how this criminal has gotten away for all these years. he has probably molested countless number of innocent children throughout the years. Shame on Lincoln Middle School and the principal for keeping this criminal.
